Refunds, returns and cancellations
The guarantee shown on each guide’s page and in its refund policy applies to that purchase. Within that period, tell us what did not work and request a refund. The commercial guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
Email support with the email used for the purchase, the guide title and your order reference if available. Explain whether you need help with delivery, a refund or cancellation. Do not include card numbers or passwords.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on the bank or payment provider. A full refund ends access to the purchased files.
These are digital downloads, so there is no physical item to return. Purchases are not recurring and there is no subscription to cancel. To cancel an order, contact support; eligibility is governed by the guide’s refund policy and applicable law.
